His professional journey began in the Iraq War, where he led through multiple deployments and transitioned seamlessly into the private sector, where his leadership continues to inspire those around him to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Alex’s career is characterized by constant growth and evolution, spanning military service, federal positions, and private industry. Each step has enriched his expertise in leadership, operational management, and compliance, allowing him to make a meaningful impact in every role he’s held. His story is one of continuous development, demonstrating a relentless drive to succeed and lead by example.

Alexander began his career in the United States Marine Corps, quickly advancing to the rank of non-commissioned officer. His service in Al Anbar Province, Iraq, involved various operations and providing convoy security in high-risk environments. His role also included supervising his team and ensuring their safety and readiness for duty. His leadership was further tested during his assignment in Okinawa, Japan, where he managed the well-being of over 30 service members. His leadership abilities earned him several personal awards, underscoring his dedication and strong leadership under pressure.

After completing his military service, Alex transitioned to the public sector with the Social Security Administration. In this capacity, he conducted investigative interviews, assessed eligibility for benefits, and made decisions that impacted the lives of many. His fluency in English and Spanish allowed him to connect with various individuals, ensuring they received fair and accurate treatment. Additionally, he worked on complex cases involving congressional inquiries, overpayment recovery, and fraud prevention, applying his analytical skills and commitment to public service.

Alexander applied his leadership experience in the private sector and the insurance industry. He started as the Director of Sales at one of South Florida’s largest insurance brokerages, where he worked to improve communication and operational efficiency within the company. His success in this role led to a promotion to Director of Broker Support and Licensing, where he ensured that agents complied with industry regulations, including CMS and state DOI policies. In this role, Alex emphasized mentorship, team development, and a culture of accountability, helping his team grow professionally and succeed.
